  • If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the website within 14 days.
  • For selected products, we accept a change of mind:Bluetoot speakers, Flash drive, Travel pouch, Water bottles, mugs, Smart Folder, Pens and Hi- Tech technology.
  • For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. Should you use intend to return any item purchase from this store, do so within 30 calendar days from the date it was delivered to the address provided at purchase. The return item must be new and in the same form it was delivered to you. The item must be returned in the same original package it was delivered and include the receipt or any other documentation as a proof of purchase. For items damage during shipping, please send the picture immediately upon receipt, send the pictures before return.

Shipping: Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return items purchased. It will be charged to the same credit card used at purchase
